A Family Dog Daycare

  Terms and Conditions

- Only dogs considered to be well socialized, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, are suitable for joining our family Dog Daycare.

- Please note that not all dogs are suitable.

- All dogs will be interviewed along with their owners.

- Dogs with behavior or aggression issues will not be accepted.

- All male dogs over the age of 8 months must be neutered.

- Intake forms must be completed in full prior to your dog's first visit 

- All dogs accepted must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate including kennel cough.

- All dogs accepted require to be wormed and de-flead regularly.

- In the unlikely event of your dog being involved in an accident or in an emergency, we will require the contact information for your vet.

- Puppies from 16 weeks are welcome – please discuss this with your vet before your intial visit.

- All dogs in our care are required to wear collars and have I.D. tags

- Barkendale Dog Daycare will not accept responsibility for the death, injury or illness of your dog. You are strongly advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.

- Barkendale Dog Daycare reserves the right to refuse or terminate the contract of any dog or owner who displays aggressive, destructive, loud or unreasonable behavior.

Barkendale Dog Daycare Cancellation Policy and Late Fee: 

- Full refund if booking is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance for daycare 

- No refund for same day or day prior cancellations

- Early drop off or late pick up upon request only and may be subject to additional charge

- Late fee - please note you will be charged a late fee of $10 for every 15 minutes if you arrive after hours to pick up your dog 

Payment:

- Invoices will be sent out monthly.  Payment is due within 3 days of invoice via eTransfer. 

- If no payment is received or payments are late, Barkendale Daycare reserves the right to refuse your dog
